Land of Dawn Lit Mountains

We all are familiar with “Land of Rising Sun” Japan. Do you know” Land of Dawn Lit Mountains”?. Are you aware of where morning sun rays strike Mother India first? Do you say that it strikes all states of India at the same time? Answer is a big NO?

The first rays of sun fall on Arunachal Pradesh. It rises two hours earlier in Arunachal Pradesh(around 4:20) and also called as Land of Dawn Lit Mountains. First Indian soil to greet the morning sun is AP. Dawn first illuminates Arunachal’s border with China.
